Our Friends of Chuck® rewards program is based on your purchases for a calendar quarter. By the 2nd or 3rd week after a quarter ends you receive your rebate based on those purchases.
Friends of Chuck® is our free rewards program for our loyal customers. If you’re a Friend of Chuck, you’ll have the inside track to great savings and special sales, as well as information on new pet products and healthy pet foods.
We'll track every dollar you spend at any Chuck & Don’s store, so you don't need to keep receipts. This is especially handy if you need to make a return or remember what type of products you have purchased in the past.
You don’t need a membership card to be a Friend of Chuck. Just sign-up and each time you shop tell the Chuck & Don’s Team Member your name and say “I’m a friend of Chuck” and our system will do the rest. Your information is kept confidential and we NEVER sell our customer mailing list. Friends Of Chuck® is the best value in pet rewards programs and keeps getting better!
As A Friend of Chuck you’ll receive many rewards including:
A Chuck’s Bucks® rebate based on purchases for the previous quarter.
The Barkin’ Mews® - our quarterly newsletter jammed packed with money saving coupons, relevant and informative pet topics, pet-related community news, and details on new products.
Grooming - purchases made at any of our on-site locations will be eligible for a rebate. Our professional pet groomers are committed to providing you and your pet with outstanding service.
