Our positions:

Team Member

Demonstrates outstanding customer service, sells pet supplies, equipment, food, remedies, replenish stock to the sales floor and operates a Point of Sale system to itemize the total customer's purchases.

Supervisor

Enforces company policies, procedures and standards while coordinating activities for Team Members in a Chuck & Don's location. Conducts sales through selling pet supplies, equipment, food and remedies. Performs customer support, problem resolution, supervises 1 to 4 personnel per shift, replenish stock to the sales floor, operates a Point of Sale system and itemize the customer's total purchases.

Assistant Manager

Assists the Store Manager in overseeing the store operations of a Chuck & Don's location. Conducts sales and customer support, resolves problems, supervises 1 to 6 personnel per shift, trains new staff members, operates the Point of Sale system, monitors inventory and store expenses and ensures the compliance of company security measures, policies, procedures and standards are met. This position also performs human resources functions through rewarding staff for good performance on their shift, offers observations to the manager for team member performance and will assist in the prescreening activities for candidates.

**All positions require carrying, lifting, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs. on a consistent and frequent basis.
