| QUESTION:
I have a Yorkshire Terrier that was a rescue dog. I have two issues. One, is peeing on the carpet and the other is barking at the deer. Would a bark collar work best or squirting with water. She is 6 years old. |
| ANSWER:
Hi Ruth, The best advice I would offer is that you contact a trainer in your area that can help target specific training/behavior issues. I would also encourage you to talk with your vet about any potential health issues for the peeing. We do have a bark collar in the store however, I think it will come down to a training issue. Sometimes with rescued pets, there are underlying behavior issues that a good trainer can help them through. There is a list of trainers on our website that may be of help to you.
