We have a terrier/doberman mix and she is about 15 months old. She is a rescue and we have been unable to get her to pee outside. She always goes down to the basement and pees on concrete floor. We have watched various videos and potty training and nothing works... any ideas you may have would be appreciated. Thanks.

An animal behaviorist may be able to identify the root cause of the problem and prescribe some methods to correct the behavior.
