Could a coyote carry off a 35 lb. Corgi? Can a coyote jump a 5 foot fence?

I'm certainly more familiar with domestic dogs than coyotes, but I certainly believe a coyote could jump a 5 foot fence. Although their general adult size is 25 to 30 pounds and they are known to sometimes kill domestic sheep and poultry, I'm not sure they could carry off a 35 pound Corgi.
