I have a Scottish Terrier, 6 years old. She constantly is licking her paws. Is it because of food allergies? What would you suggest I do for her?

It is likely that it could be food allergies. The best thing to do would be to put the dog on an elimination diet. That way you can identify what ingredients the dog can tolerate, and after awhile you can start adding things back into the diet to see if the paw licking flares up.
