Great pet products too! I especially like that your pricing is just a little less expensive than other stores. They educated me about the pet cookies.
I love your store (Centennial, CO), very friendly, customer service-oriented, the staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, and personable.
I'm currently pregnant and I never even had to be asked for them (Centennial store) to carry my heavy bag of dog food to the car- you would be surprised how many people don't help or I have to be the one to initiate help. Was impressed the store employees just took action! GREAT customer service!
We are very happy to have you join South Glen and our neighborhood. I have a better understanding of how the different brands of dog food differ. I have a senior dog and I wanted to know all the differences.
Jesse was a rock star for customer service, helped me find new choices for my cat food. I was looking for organic, grain free choices and he was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Great service, friendly employees, (at the Centennial, CO store) greeted me immediately upon entering the store, helpful, knowledgeable, carried my pet food out to the car for me, thanked me for coming, prices were less here than elsewhere. I'm a satisfied, loyal customer. They explained the differences in cat litter to me which I did not know.
Great find in a pet food supply store. (Cherry Creek, CO)
I normally shop at a small pet boutique and will definitely be recommending your stores to my friends.
Love love love your place (Centennial, CO)! I will definitely be back and will definitely spread the word of my new favorite pet food store!
My dog and I always enjoy the excellent customer service and smiles at the Centennial location! Thanks for being so great :)

"As soon as I walked in to the store I loved it. It was a nice environment. I knew why almost a year before my boyfriend stopped going to Pet Smart and starting coming here. The lady at the counter greeted me and asked if I needed help. She looked up our account and went and grabbed the food I needed. She asked me questions about my dog, Brooklyn, and we soon found out we had dogs in common. She suggested healthy treats and good chew bones that didn't break off in chunks so I didn't have to worry as much about choking. After I paid she told me about the survey and then helped me carry the BIG bag of dog food out to the car. She also remembered to cut the bar code off the bag of food so I could receive the 12th free, which is why Harri, my boyfriend, started going there in the first place, so he just told me. :) Thank you Stacy B. for the great service!"

"Amanda has made us feel so welcome every time we've come in and loves our Boston Terriers! She says 'they're her favorite dogs' and hasn't forgotten their names (as well as ours) which makes it special and comfortable to be there. She knows her products very well and takes the time to help when needed. She's helpful and kind and is a great asset for Chuck & Don's. Keep up the good work Amanda! Thank you!"

"I have always been greeted with a smile and found the clerks extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. It is a pleasure to shop there. Good work!!!!! I told them I needed cat litter but did not like the new smelly World's Best Cat Litter and she suggested the regular was equally as effective and the lilac flavor was not in it."

I intend to buy my dog's food at Chuck and Don's from now on. The store (Centennial, CO) is very clean and has a friendly atmosphere. The employee that checked us out brought the heavy dog food bag out to my car for me, which I really appreciated. The prices were competitive compared with other speciatly dog food stores where I've purchased Gizmo's food in the past - roughly $2-3 less for the large bag. I also liked the supply of toys and treats available in the store, which all appeared to be high end and good quality. Since the store is very close to my house and so pleasant to shop in, I will definitely be back. And assuming the rewards program, which I just signed up for, has good deals and promotions that are competitive with the large pet stores, I will come to Chuck and Don's for other pet products besides just dog food!! Thank you for the positive first shopping experience and I look forward to returning!
